Prestige Food and Wine is a food supplier, importing and distributing quality Italian foods and wines. They supply multiple catering industries, from small businesses to pizzeria chains. Since 2001, Prestige has been offering a wide range of products to consumers, and in 2017, they launched online purchases, introducing their products to the digital market.
They also saw success in 2020 – during the pandemic, Prestige offered scheduled pickup services, allowing customers to enjoy their products even during a turbulent time.
Their online popularity required a website that made purchasing simple, intuitive, and appealing. We worked with Square Owl to optimise their web presence in a few ways, here’s how we did it.
We worked together to evaluate what was working well for Prestige, and what needed to be updated. Focusing on the customer journey, we designed a look and feel that would communicate Prestige’s brand to their online customers.
Process Checkout is a common challenge for multiple e-commerce businesses, and something we have lots of experience improving. Because checkout can involve multiple steps for things like payment and shipping options, we worked to streamline the process as much as possible.
Prestige’s customers can now manage their accounts and orders through an improved dashboard, providing enhanced clarity and functionality.
Based on user data analysis, we strategically designed menus and filters to make navigation as intuitive as possible, allowing each customer to have a personalised experience with using Prestige’s site.
