  • Our initial Free e-commerce clinic call will focus on getting to know you personally and understanding your high level business goals and pain points.
  • ITQ will prepare a proposal in which we recommend what growth and optimisation services will address your goals in the short and medium term
  • ITQ will present and discuss with you our proposed growth and optimisation roadmap including KPIs and ROI 
  • ITQ will finalise and present to you for your agreement, the roadmap of activities, the costs, timeline and payment erms
  • Our journey together begins. No complicated service contracts, just a simple monthly retainer agreement with a 3 month termination notice period.


  • Introductory call with your Key Account Manager & Head of Delivery
  • Introduction to and implementation of tools and ways of working e.g Freshdesk system
  • Review of agreed roadmap of activities including timelines


  • Regular progress updates via channels you prefer e.g Whatsupp, Slack, Email  etc
  • Monthly meetings to review existing roadmap deliverables and discuss any new growth and optimisation activities
  • A further Clinic after  6 months of engagement to review success against KPIs and  agree priorities for the next 6 months.
