We offer a ‘Pay as You Go’ support system that is flexible, responsive and user-friendly; you purchase a pack of support time, and we credit your account with the support hours. Whenever a support request has been completed, we deduct the actual time spent from your available support hours.
Getting support is easy. Simply create a support ticket using our online support ticket system, and access updates via the support desk.
